Émilie Serrurier-Hoël has been appointed CEO of Mirabaud & Cie Europe. She took up her position on 16 June 2025.

Since 16 June, Émilie Serrurier-HoëlÉmilie Serrurier-Hoël has held the position of CEO of Mirabaud & Cie Europe. She is responsible for the operational management of the Geneva-based group’s European wealth management platform, based in Luxembourg.

With almost 20 years of experience in Luxembourg, including at the Banque internationale à Luxembourg (Bil) where she managed teams of several hundred people, Serrurier-Hoël takes over the reins of the European private bank of the Mirabaud Group.

At the end of 2024, Mirabaud & Cie Europe had assets under management totalling €4.821bn. It reported a turnover of €33m and had a workforce of 130 employees.

The managing partner and chairman of the board of directors of Mirabaud & Cie (Europe) SA, Nicolas Mirabaud, said: “We are delighted to welcome Émilie Serrurier-Hoël to our firm. Her exemplary career, leadership and recognised expertise in wealth management will be strategic assets in supporting our development and serving our clients.”

Her arrival comes against a backdrop of strengthening local management and streamlining the European entities of the group, of which Mirabaud & Cie Europe has been the parent company since its creation in 2014.
