Séverin Laface, head of the Come à la Maison group, is taking over the Brasserie des Nations. The iconic city-centre venue, run for many years by the Risch family, joins a portfolio that already comprises eight outlets (ranging from pizza and rotisserie to sushi and a wine cellar).
