Limestone Platform, a fund management and Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) platform based in Tallinn and Luxembourg, has appointed Esteban Nogueyra as chief executive officer. Drawing on experience gained at JP Morgan, HSBC, Citibank and Adepa, he will lead the company’s expansion across Europe, the United States and Asia.

Limestone Platform has appointed Esteban Nogueyra as chief executive officer with immediate effect. The institutional fund management and Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) platform said Nogueyra brings more than 25 years of experience in financial services, with senior leadership roles at JP Morgan, HSBC, Citibank, Temenos Multifonds and Adepa Global Services.

The appointment comes as Limestone Platform expands its presence across the Nordics, the UK, the Dach region, the United States and Asia. Nogueyra will lead the company’s growth strategy across multiple jurisdictions, including market expansion initiatives and mergers and acquisitions aimed at strengthening its presence in asset management hubs.

Focus on technology and fund solutions

Limestone Platform said Nogueyra’s background in banking and fund accounting technology will support the development of new fund solutions and operational processes. “Limestone Platform has built a uniquely agile, tech-forward foundation for modern asset management,” Nogueyra said. “My focus is clear: accelerate our cross-border scalability, introduce innovative fund products that strip away operational friction, and position Limestone as the premier tech-enabled partner for institutional asset managers globally.”
