Value Partners is expanding its operations without changing its name. After 14 years of growth in Luxembourg, the firm is set to join an international platform bringing together more than 560 professionals across ten financial centres specialising in alternative funds.
The Luxembourg-based service provider has entered into an agreement to join Walkers Professional Services (WPS), the corporate and professional services arm of the Walkers Group. The completion of the acquisition remains subject to the usual regulatory approvals. The parties have not disclosed either the price of the transaction or the future shareholding structure.
Founded in 2012, Value Partners provides fund administration, accounting, tax, governance and compliance services. Its client base includes private equity, property and private debt funds, as well as banks and multinational groups. The company had 150 employees in Luxembourg in 2025.
The transaction must not result in the brand being phased out. Once the transaction is complete, Value Partners will continue to operate under its current name and with its existing management team. However, the company is set to join the WPS network, which has a presence in the Cayman Islands, London, Ireland, the British Virgin Islands, Bermuda, Dubai, Hong Kong and Singapore, amongst other locations. The Walkers website specifically confirms that WPS has operational offices in the Cayman Islands, London and Hong Kong.
A strategic step
“Joining Walkers Professional Services and Walkers represents a strategic move for Value Partners following 14 years of very strong growth in Luxembourg,” says Gregory Centurion, founder and CEO of Value Partners. He believes that being backed by an international platform will enable the company to strengthen its position in the alternative investment industry, whilst maintaining an organisation focused on service quality and its staff.
For WPS, the acquisition is in response to a direct request from its clients. “Our clients have made it clear that they want WPS to support them in Luxembourg, and this acquisition is our response,” explains its CEO, Steven Manning. Value Partners brings with it an established team, a local and international client base, and an immediate presence in Europe’s leading investment fund centre.
This move into Luxembourg builds on the growth momentum WPS has achieved with Vitruvian Partners. In December 2025, Walkers and the private equity firm entered into a partnership providing for joint ownership of WPS and investments aimed at expanding its geographical reach, services and technological capabilities. In July, WPS announced 60 promotions across its various offices since this co-investment.
