The Mike Koedinger Foundation for media integrity was officially launched at an event held at Mudam Luxembourg. Following a speech by its founder, Mike Koedinger, the evening continued with a conversation between Dr Ayala Panievsky, a researcher and author of “The New Censorship: How the War on the Media Is Taking Us Down", and Caroline Mart, a journalist at RTL.

The discussions focused on the growing pressures on journalism, new forms of censorship, disinformation, attacks on journalists and the role of the media in democratic debate. The foundation intends to devote its initial initiatives to information and education, notably through an illustrated dictionary on power, the media and democracy.
