Trustmoore Fund Services, a provider of specialised fund administration services, announced a partnership with Fis, a financial technology firm, aimed at creating a fully integrated fund administration solution for private capital investment firms.
According to Trustmoore, the integration of Fis’s fund accounting, reporting and investor services technology would enable the firm to offer a streamlined administration process for fund managers. This solution focuses on automation and operational efficiency, providing a comprehensive approach to fund administration. The technology is expected to deliver advanced reporting and analytics capabilities, which could reduce operational costs and the time required to launch new funds.
Sjors van der Meer, global director of fund operations at Trustmoore, in a press statement remarked on the importance of this integrated fund administration solution, emphasising that it would enhance client experience and transform fund interactions with investors. He noted that the initiative aimed to simplify fund administration complexities, enabling clients to focus on their core investment strategies while Trustmoore managed administrative tasks.
Matt Stauffer, senior vice president at Fis trading and asset services, stated that this partnership marked a significant development in Fis’s mission to provide financial technology solutions globally. He pointed out that the integration would help Trustmoore serve larger, more complex clients while maintaining a personalised approach.
Earlier in September 2024, Trustmoore Group, the parent company of Trustmoore Fund Services, completed the acquisition of Funds Avenue, a Luxembourg-based third-party fund management firm.
As of September 2024, Trustmoore employs 86 people in Luxembourg.
