Kevin Casoli has been appointed CEO of Sogeti Luxembourg SA, a subsidiary of the Capgemini Group, as of January 2026. He succeeds to the operational management of the entity after having held, since March 2025, the positions of Chief Operating Officer and then PFS Director, with responsibilities covering both operational performance, financial steering and regulatory issues.
In his previous role at Sogeti Luxembourg, Kevin Casoli was in charge of P&L for the Luxembourg private and public markets, as well as for European institutions in BeLux. He supervised all operations to ensure that they were consistent with the company's strategy, and led the analysis of financial and non-financial performance. As PFS Director, he also ensured compliance with regulatory requirements and maintained relations with the supervisory authority, the CSSF.
Prior to joining Sogeti, Kevin Casoli held several management positions in Luxembourg in the digital services sector. From 2022 to 2025, he was Director and then Deputy Director DPS Belgium-Luxembourg at Sopra Steria, within the "Digital Platform Services" cross-functional line, covering consulting, managed services and outsourcing activities, with direct responsibility for P&L. He previously managed the Luxembourg activities of IRIS, a subsidiary of the Canon group, and then Westpole Benelux, as Country Director and Managing Director PSF, in a context of organisational transformation and carve-out.
The appointment of Kevin Casoli is part of a management continuity strategy for Sogeti Luxembourg, an entity positioned in IT consulting and engineering services within the Capgemini Group, active in the fields of cloud, data, artificial intelligence and digital platforms. At the end of December, the company reported turnover for 2024 of more than €55m, two-thirds of which was generated in Luxembourg, down from €61m in 2023 and a loss of €3.4m. 2025 saw the company rethink its strategy. At the end of 2024, Sogeti employed 503 people.
