Niedner’s favourite moment from the last 15 years? Celebrating the 10th anniversary of Arendt Investor Services in Mondorf-les-Bains. “Then, we were--in terms of number of staff--probably at 130. I was saying to myself, ‘Wow. What have we been able to build here?’ The number of people in the room reminded me of the number of staff we had at the level of the law firm [Arendt & Medernach, founded in 1988], at the end of 90s. To see how we were able to build that, and to bring a momentum, to see that people were actually committed to doing the work, working together on that.”
, the head of Arendt Investor Services’ corporate services and liquidation activities, first joined Arendt & Medernach in 2006. Her “nicest” moment was when Arendt Investor Services moved into their new building in Hamm in 2021, “because it really felt like home for the staff.”
Arendt is made up of five different companies: the law firm Arendt & Medernach (founded in 1988); Arendt Investor Services (established in 2009); Arendt Institute (for specialised legal training, founded in 2011); Arendt Regulatory and Consulting (set up in 2013); and finally AManco (established in 2021).
