It’s official: English World is offering its new Flex service. This digital platform makes it possible to take language courses by videoconference with experienced teachers. Simple and flexible, the platform is the ideal solution for companies wishing to offer their employees effective language courses. In practice, the platform works using a system of credits that the training manager makes available to the learner, who chooses a slot (day and time) for their course. The learner then selects a suitable trainer. As its name suggests, this service is designed to plan courses with a level of flexibility that is unrivalled on the market.
Flex gives its users the possibility of undertaking courses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Learners can select 1 or 2 hour courses and can book up to 4 hours before the start of the session. What’s more, if unforeseen circumstances arise, Flex offers the option of cancelling the course up to 2 hours before it is due to start.
This platform has many advantages for professionals. Flex incorporates a “client space” that enables the training manager to carry out personalised monitoring. This monitoring enables the entire progress of each employee to be observed in real time. Flex gives its partners the power to control the training process to achieve a better return on investment.
Commenting on Flex, company director Steve Kennedy said: “We are proud to be able to present such a great project to help companies develop and meet their needs.”
With Flex, we offer flexible, intensive, face-to-face or distance learning courses. With the addition of this new feature, we are adding even more flexible and customisable methods to our language services for businesses, to guarantee a high-quality experience.
