Alain Jungen will take up the post of chairman of the Association d’assurance accident and the Centre commun de la sécurité sociale with effect from 14 September 2026.

By Grand-Ducal Decree of 30 June 2026, Alain Jungen was appointed chairman of the Association d’assurance accident (AAA) and the Centre commun de la sécurité sociale (CCSS) for a renewable seven-year term, with effect from 14 September 2026. He had previously held the post of senior executive adviser at the CCSS.

He succeeds Claude Seywert, whose resignation was accepted by a Grand Ducal Decree of 11 May 2026, at his own request, with the right to claim a pension. His retirement will take effect on the same date, 14 September 2026.
