Longines has teamed up with Chinese artist Wu Jian’an to create a special limited edition of 2,025 pieces to celebrate the Year of the Snake. The back of the watch features a snake holding a Lingzhi mushroom in its mouth, a symbol of longevity and continuity, a motif drawn from an iconic Chinese tale.

The independent manufacture founded in 1976 is launching a limited edition of 88 pieces to mark Chinese New Year. On the menu: a 39mm steel case, anti-reflective double-sided sapphire crystal, and a deep burgundy-red dial, all enhanced by a matching calfskin leather strap. On the mechanical side, the timepiece is powered by the RW4200 automatic movement, offering a 41-hour power reserve.
