One of the priorities was to preserve the original features that give the house its unique character. The old tiles and parquet flooring, as well as the original doors and mouldings, were carefully restored.
To meet the needs of contemporary use, a new timber-framed annex with a green roof has been created. It houses the kitchen, which opens onto a courtyard and terrace, creating a fluid, welcoming space.
The new living spaces have been redesigned to be more open and bright, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout the house. This architectural approach combines respect for the past with the demands of modern living, while honouring the heritage of this century-old house. This project is a testament to the importance of tradition and modernity working together in the field of architecture, inviting us to reflect on the way we live and experience spaces.
