Phicap Group, a Belgian company active in the property sector, has recently established a presence in Luxembourg and launched Phicap Luxembourg. The aim of this strategic deployment is to extend the group’s distinctive “one-stop shop” concept by offering an integrated property, project and asset management service. Following on from France, the group is now looking to become active in Luxembourg, and has appointed Angélique Sabron to head up the new structure. She will be supported by a team of local experts to meet the needs of the Luxembourg market.
“The launch of Phicap Luxembourg illustrates our vision of growth and excellence. We are proud to export to Luxembourg our expertise in integrated management, successfully developed in Belgium in recent years. Our objective is above all to provide tailored solutions, supported by a local team, and to establish close relationships with our clients and partners,” said Michael Goldberg, CEO and founder of Phicap Group, in a press release.
“Thanks to its dynamism and specific characteristics, Luxembourg represents a fantastic opportunity to push back the frontiers of innovation while remaining attentive to local needs,” added Sabron, newly named managing director of Phicap Luxembourg. “I am honoured to contribute to this ambitious project, which combines a global vision with local roots. We want to offer a resolutely personalised approach, while maintaining the standards of excellence and innovation that characterise the Phicap Group.”
Expansion in line with strong growth
This expansion is part of Phicap Group’s continued strong growth. In 2024, Phicap Property exceeded 750,000m2 of property under management (technical, financial and administrative management) and the Phicap Project department is currently working on 120 projects in France and Belgium as an assistant to the project owner, construction and renovation, with an offer ranging from initial advice to final delivery (programming, project management, assistance with project management, quantity surveyor, etc.).
The final division is Phicap Investment, whose mission is to support clients in making bespoke investments, from sourcing to capital structuring, including analysing dossiers, raising debt and managing the acquisition process.
In total, the group employs over 50 staff and is developing a portfolio that covers the office, residential, shopping centre and industrial property sectors. Phicap Group’s clients include private companies, public institutions and family offices.
