Luxembourg startup Nuwacom is Christophe Folschette’s new project and has just completed a €3.2m seed round to accelerate the development of its collaborative platform. The platform is designed to securely integrate artificial intelligence into corporate workflows.

“Most AI platforms don’t really integrate with real workflows,” explains Christophe Folschette. “At Nuwacom, we’re building a space in which humans and AI collaborate intuitively, securely and at scale.”

This model has already won over companies such as Lufthansa, Vodafone, BLG Logistics and Union Investment, which are already using the platform to optimise access to knowledge, produce marketing and communication content and automate certain internal processes. The aim: to improve speed, quality and consistency, all whilst retaining control of the data.

Founded in 2024 by Folschette (ex-Talkwalker), Sascha Böhr and Alexander Kleinen, the startup offers a novel solution: an intelligent, structured workspace that meets the requirements of large companies. Unlike generic AI tools, Nuwacom connects internal knowledge, human teams and AI agents in a single, secure and brand-friendly environment.

The funding was led by Dutch B2B software fund Newion alongside a select group of experienced business angels. The investment will enable the startup to accelerate the expansion of its team, strengthen its commercial presence in Europe and pursue product innovation.

“Nuwacom’s ambition--to build an intelligent workspace combining collaboration, knowledge and security--is exactly what the future of enterprise AI demands,” says Mathijs de Wit, partner at Newion.

With this funding round, Nuwacom intends to strengthen its presence in Europe and establish a reliable infrastructure to enable daily collaboration between humans and AI within organisations. The startup is set to grow from 20 people to just under 50 in the coming months to continue acquiring customers.
