June 10 and 11, 2026. It’s time to put these dates in your diaries for the third edition of Nexus, organised jointly by The Dots and Paperjam. What sets Nexus Luxembourg apart is the diversity of its community. Public decision-makers, major companies, players from the financial centre, dynamic SMEs, venture capital funds, technology experts, researchers, students, start-ups and scale-ups all come together. They come from a wide variety of backgrounds and with different expectations: public policy debates, knowledge sharing, business development, talent scouting or exploration of emerging technologies. Nexus succeeds precisely because it embraces this complexity and creates bridges between these worlds which, elsewhere, rarely intersect.
The ambitions are both lofty and concrete: to showcase Luxembourg’s AI and innovation ecosystem by highlighting national programmes and smart city initiatives; to accelerate digital transformation and the adoption of AI in industry, SMEs and the financial sector; to attract international investment by encouraging the establishment of offices, research centres or European headquarters in Luxembourg; to generate business opportunities for local companies; to attract international talent; and, more broadly, to offer real visibility and development prospects for partners and exhibitors.
A summit driven by Luxembourg institutions
Nexus Luxembourg 2026 will take place on 10 and 11 June 2026 in Luxembourg City, in collaboration with the Government of Luxembourg, the City of Luxembourg, the Chamber of Commerce and Luxinnovation.
The institutional partners stress the strategic importance of the summit.
The Prime Minister, Luc Frieden, says that Nexus has established itself “as a real Luxembourg success story, attracting technology entrepreneurs from all over the world. More than just an event, it is a stage for the boldest debates on technological trends, and a showcase for Luxembourg’s innovative strength and its economy based on data sovereignty.”
Mayor Lydie Polfer explains that Nexus “reflects the spirit of our city: open, connected and forward-looking. Luxembourg is not just a gateway to Europe, but a place where innovation meets people. Our city offers a unique environment, conducive to the blossoming of ideas thanks to proximity, accessibility and a strong community spirit.”
For Carlo Thelen, Director General of the Chamber of Commerce, the institution is “proud to support an event that brings together global pioneers in technology and innovation. Nexus helps to strengthen Luxembourg’s position as a strategic hub for digital transformation and artificial intelligence.”
Finally, Luxinnovation CEO Mario Grotz believes that Nexus is “the meeting point where innovation is transformed into impact. The event puts the country on the international stage while creating opportunities and stimulating economic growth, both in Luxembourg and beyond.”
A renewed 4-in-1 concept
Co-founder Kamel Amroune explains that the 2026 edition “returns with a completely renewed 4-in-1 concept, built on the lessons learned from the first two editions and the extensive feedback received, whether from institutional partners, exhibitors, start-ups, scale-ups, speakers or visitors. This evolution reflects our desire to continually improve the experience and offer even more value to the entire ecosystem.”
As his partner Mike Koedinger explains, the result is “a more legible offering, structured around four pillars that strengthen the on-site experience thanks to a more selective and careful approach. Nexus is a truly international event - more than 50 countries were represented last year - but it works simultaneously on several levels: highlighting Luxembourg’s technology ecosystem to attract international start-upsand scale-ups, supporting the acceleration of the AI transition in the local economy, and positioning the financial centre at the heart of global discussions on the intersection between AI and financial technology.”
