Hana Prochaska has left Aztec Group and will join the Gen II team.

Fund administrators Gen II have appointed a business development executive director: Hana Prochaska will fill this new role.

Prochaska will be tasked with executing the firm’s growth strategy in continental Europe, says the press statement announcing the news on 5 March 2025. Gen II has five offices and some 650 employees in the region.

Prochaska comes to the role after 13 years at Aztec Group, over half of which she spent as the head of business development for Europe.

“Hana’s extensive operational background and industry experience,” says Gen II chief commercial officer Michael Johnson, “together with her in-depth understanding of both the regulatory and asset management landscapes across continental Europe, will be an invaluable addition to the Gen II team.”

Gen II, founded in 2009, oversees more than $1trn in private fund capital.
