At 28, the entrepreneur is the co-founder and CEO of Kodehyve, a B2B real estate software provider, and a partner at Wagmi GP, a decentralised web3 fund manager. The business and finance graduate from Singapore also manages the Luxembourg Open Air festival and Nø Cap Ventures, his venture capital fund.

“I wouldn’t say our generation is the best generation,” he says. “Every generation has had problems and motivated people who want to move something in the world.” Inspired by several entrepreneurial figures like Warren Buffett, he values transparency and honesty within his companies. He believes Luxembourg is very supportive of startup creation. Hemmerling, who wears many hats, considers himself lucky to be in such a favourable ecosystem for starting businesses.
