The Caisse Médico-Complémentaire Mutualiste (CMCM) on 12 March 2025 announced that it had recruited Patric de Waha as its chief digital officer and Pit van Rijswijck as chief product officer. As part of the management team led by CEO , they will be responsible for leading the digital transformation of work processes and facilitating and supporting the restructuring of benefits, noted a press release from the health mutual. This “strategic transformation” is part of its CMCM 2.0 initiative.
Before joining CMCM, de Waha focussed on designing customer-centric solutions. After leading a digital company, he contributed to the digital transformation of Spuerkeess by redesigning innovative services such as mobile banking. Gradually, he adopted a more governance- and strategy-focused approach, co-leading data management before taking charge of IT architecture.
Newly named chief product officer van Rijswijck will join CMCM from Foyer Assurances, where he has worked for more than 11 years and is currently in charge of the support centre and client service. “His expertise in innovation and customer support gives him a comprehensive view of the sector,” says the communiqué, and he will help “strengthen the health mutual’s benefits and services strategy.”
Founded in 1956, the CMCM is a non-profit association that offers supplementary health coverage, such as benefits for hospitalisation or dental/ and optical coverage. It supports more than 280,000 members.
