has a degree in architecture from ULB in Belgium and did master's in Switzerland. After a brief career in construction, the entrepreneur launched a car restoration business. He joined the family business as chief digital officer in 2019. Since then, Bertrand has focused on technological innovation and managing new opportunities, bringing a modern, forward-thinking vision.

The 38-year-old stands out for his focus on customer satisfaction and his people management. The latter "can be so rewarding and frustrating at the same time, because every talent has different needs". The CDO sees himself growing the company and launching new technological projects in the coming years, with a specific AI.
