A partner for the past two years, Gillet, an IT engineer by training, is still very active "in the delivery of projects, but I feel that I have to be able to do three things: advise my client, guide my teams and help them if they have a problem", says the French, Australian and Luxembourg national.
“The role of every generation is to challenge the previous generation, otherwise we don't evolve. And I think that in the new generation, there are more values and that has an impact on everything.”
