The partner at Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg has been named in the Citywealth Top 100 International Powerwomen 2026 ranking, which recognises leading figures in the fields of law, wealth management and taxation.

Another international accolade for Luxembourg’s financial centre. Véronique HoffeldVéronique Hoffeld, a partner and solicitor at Loyens & Loeff Luxembourg, has been named in the Citywealth Top 100 International Powerwomen 2026 ranking, which annually recognises the most influential women in the legal, wealth management, tax and investment sectors.

This recognition highlights her expertise in complex, high-value-added litigation with an international dimension, explains the Citywealth press release, published on Monday 6 July. The lawyer has made a name for herself well beyond Luxembourg’s borders, notably by representing actor Brad Pitt in his dispute with his ex-wife Angelina Jolie over the sale of the French wine estate Château Miraval.

Published annually, the Citywealth ranking covers 17 jurisdictions and features female executives, partners at firms, trust specialists, private bankers and family office advisers. According to the organisation, the recognised professionals collectively advise thousands of entrepreneurs and ultra-high-net-worth families, influencing decisions relating to billions of pounds sterling of private assets.
