From this Wednesday 1 July, Trustmoore appointed Luis Rebelo to head up its capital markets operations in Luxembourg. This appointment comes as the international provider of legal, administrative and financial services seeks to strengthen its presence in one of its key markets.

With nearly 30 years’ experience in the Luxembourg financial services sector, Luis Rebelo is taking the helm of the team responsible for services to regulated and unregulated securitisation vehicles. He will also be tasked with expanding Trustmoore’s offering in the capital markets and developing the group’s activities in the Grand Duchy.

The executive held a number of management roles in fund administration, operations and capital markets before specialising in recent years in structured finance, transaction management and business development. He is also an active member of the Luxembourg Capital Markets Association (LuxCMA), where he participates in working groups dedicated to the development of the Luxembourg financial centre.
