Fit 4 Digital
The Ministry of the Economy has entrusted Luxinnovation with the implementation of one of the main programmes to support SMEs in their digitalisation process. Fit 4 Digital offers the opportunity to work with an experienced consultant, who will take the time to analyse a company’s IT environment, production, stock management, planning, invoicing, accounting, HR and e-commerce software and applications. The €5,000 cost of this diagnosis is fully covered by a grant. After the diagnosis, the advisor will draw up a roadmap containing a series of digital investment proposals. If the company decides to go ahead with the project proposed by the expert, the government will reimburse up to 50% of the consultancy costs.
Fit 4 Digital - AI
Used wisely, AI offers a host of potential benefits: productivity gains, improved decision-making and production processes, energy and resource management, etc. But implementing such tools is as much a technological challenge as it is a human and organisational one. With a strong desire to encourage economic players to jump on the AI bandwagon, the Luxembourg government has set up the Fit 4 Digital - AI programme. Following the same logic as Fit 4 Digital, it enables companies to have a diagnosis carried out by a specialised, accredited consultant. This reveals the capabilities and opportunities for adopting artificial intelligence solutions. It also defines a detailed, costed action plan for implementing the solutions identified.
SME Packages - Digital
Did you know that SMEs wishing to go digital, by implementing projects costing between €6,650 and €25,000 excluding VAT, can benefit from a government grant of €5,000? This is what is on offer through the SME Packages - Digital programme, coordinated by the Chamber of Commerce and the Chamber of Trades. They enable businesses to integrate a digital solution with the help of an expert, while being guided by an advisor to implement your digital strategy in the following areas: digital marketing (creation or improvement of your website, social networks, etc.), management system (cash register, software specific to your sector of activity, ERP, etc.), electronic invoicing (ERP system with a module for electronic invoicing).
Fit 4 Sustainability
Double transition: going digital, but also adopting a sustainable development approach. These two challenges are not incompatible. The Fit 4 Sustainability support and co-financing programme offers SMEs the opportunity to have an assessment carried out of the environmental impact of their activities, together with various recommendations for reducing that impact. For a small SME, co-financing amounts to 70% of the eligible costs (between €7,500 and €50,000) of carrying out the study. For a medium-sized company, the amount is 60% of the costs (between €10,000 and €100,000). There is also an SME Packages - Sustainability programme, which provides €5,000 for the implementation of the study.
Fit 4 Innovation
Digital technology is often a lever for improving performance. It can also be a vector for innovation. The Fit 4 Innovation programme enables companies to work with experienced consultants who assess key internal processes - for example, production, logistics, finance and accounting, and organisation - and suggest areas for improvement that will generate a guaranteed return on investment over 12 months. More than just identifying tools or solutions to support existing processes, the aim is to mobilise the company's optimisation levers, and make it part of an operational excellence approach. The programme covers part of the consultancy fees, 50% during the diagnostic phase and 25% when the project is implemented.
