From Monday 2 June to Friday 4 July 2025, works will affect the L01B line between Metz, Hagondange, Thionville and Luxembourg. On the weekend of 7 and 8 June, train traffic will be completely disrupted between Thionville and Luxembourg.

The CFL will be carrying out work on the track, requiring the introduction of replacement buses. These buses will provide a link between Thionville station and Luxembourg’s central bus station, with several stops served (Bettembourg, Howald, Hettange Grande), depending on the replacement bus.

The construction wors at Bettembourg station will impact passengers again later this summer.

Passengers are invited to consult the CFL website www.cfl.lu or the CFL mobile app for precise timetables and replacement bus stop locations. Information can also be obtained at stations or via the call centre.
