According to a press release published on Monday, developers Codic and Tralux signed a lease agreement for 2,535 square metres in the Lhassa building, expected to open for business in the second half of November.
Regus will reportedly occupy the ground and first floor where it will construct 300 working stations, of which 25 will be in a coworking capacity, and the remainder spread across 82 offices. The site also includes two meeting rooms.
The clientele the site is aimed at appears to be startups and nomadic groups, which can work in different locations thanks to cloud technology. The entire Altitude complex spans 13,000 square metres over two buildings.
The Lhassa building was completed in November 2018 and pre-rented to Wavestone, as well as crèche Rockids, which will open on the site in January 2020. It will also serve as the headquarters of Tralux Construction and Tralux Immobilier.
The La Paz building has been rented out to Northern Trust. It is expected to open in March 2020. According to the press statement, the site has already been 95% rented out. Delano contacted Northern Trust for a comment but the firm had not responded at the time of publishing.
