An architect by training via Italy’s D'Annunzio University of Chieti-Pescara, Di Santo joined Fonds Belval in 2002. Amongst the projects on which she worked are modular buildings such as those for Adem, CRP - Gabriel Lippman, and more. From November 2015 to February 2021, she served as the organisation’s deputy director. 

Fonds Belval is a public organisation which has as its mission to help develop government projects in the industrial heart of Belval. As of end-2015, the Fonds has also been entrusted with building maintenance, operation and modernisation on the infrastructure it has built.
