A structured managerial transition

Accelerating the evolution of the eSST monitoring platform
In his new role, Cyril Schmitt’s mission will be to support the growth of consulting and training activities, as well as the deployment of eSST monitoring, in a context of accelerated digital transformation, which represents a major asset for customers. He will be working closely with Liliana Grigor, chief technology officer (CTO), and her teams, whose role is central to the development of the solution. Initially focused on health, safety at work and environmental modules, the platform will gradually incorporate regulatory monitoring. The aim is to offer a high-performance solution that complies with regulatory and standards requirements.
A constant quest for operational efficiency
Cyril Schmitt will ensure the ongoing optimisation of internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Towards internationalisation of the software
Cyril Schmitt’s priorities also include the internationalisation of eSST monitoring, accompanied by consultancy services, with initial deployment in neighbouring countries.
QHSE consultants at the heart of the strategy
Particular attention will be paid to our team of consultants, experts and key players in eSST S.A.’s added value. “I’m looking forward to supporting them on a daily basis, fostering their skills development and guaranteeing a high quality of deliverables to serve our customers and future customers,” emphasises Cyril Schmitt.
