Because quality of life at work is a driver of sustainable performance, OneLife makes it a key focus of its HR policy. In 2026, the company reached a new stage with the launch of a programme dedicated to this challenge, designed as a natural extension of its CSR strategy.
Developed by Human Resources with the support of the CSR Committee, this personalised programme is centred around a calendar of events organised throughout the year. Interventions by an ergonomist, eye tests, relaxation and personal development workshops, and individual massage sessions complement the actions already undertaken for the health and well-being of employees. The objective is to offer everyone time to disconnect and concrete tools to better reconcile professional performance and well-being.
Quality of life at work is not just about a succession of initiatives. It is part of an approach aimed at creating the conditions enabling everyone to exercise their profession in the best possible conditions, to meet the requirements of a constantly changing environment and to develop their potential. It is by investing in our teams that we build sustainable performance
This new initiative is part of a CSR strategy pursued for several years by OneLife around three complementary pillars: responsible insurer, responsible employer, and responsible social player.
On the employer side, the ambition is clear: to offer a quality work experience, from the moment of integration and throughout the career. Labelled a Great Place To Work® and Entreprise Responsable by the INDR (National Institute for Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility), the company is implementing a range of concrete measures that promote flexibility and autonomy, including an extended remote working policy, flexible working hours, and the option to acquire additional days off.
These actions help to enrich our employee experience so that it is ever more complete, consistent, and meaningful. They are part of our commitment to continuously evolve our practices to provide a working environment that meets our standards of excellence, where demand, innovation, and talent development mutually reinforce each other
In addition to the measures put in place, OneLife invests in the development of its teams through a structured integration programme, an ongoing training policy, and regular monitoring of careers. All driven by a corporate culture based on inclusion, dialogue, and cohesion, with 35 years of history and its connection to the APICIL Group. An approach that sustainably places quality of life at work at the heart of the company’s performance.
