With 24 years of experience in the financial sector, including 17 years in Luxembourg, Vicky brings deep operational expertise and a strong track record of leading large, multicultural teams across fund servicing and investor operations.

Before joining Apex Group, Vicky held senior leadership roles across the asset‑servicing ecosystem. He served as executive director and authorised manager at Vistra Luxembourg, where he led the fund administration and transfer agency teams. Prior to that, he spent five years at Société Générale Luxembourg as head of transfer agency and was a member of the management board of SGSS. Earlier in his career, he held operational leadership positions at Kneip, Deutsche Bank Luxembourg, and Deutsche Bank Mauritius, gaining valuable international experience that shapes his collaborative and people‑centred leadership style.

Across these roles, Vicky has overseen complex operating models, strengthened governance frameworks, and supported organisations through regulatory change and strategic transformation. His experience spans fund administration, transfer agency, client services, AML/KYC, custody, and project delivery. He is recognised for his structured approach, operational rigour, and ability to drive efficiency and resilience in demanding environments.

Vicky holds a post graduate diploma in business studies and an MBA. He is also an active contributor to the PwC Asset Servicing Providers Working Group, supporting industry dialogue on operational and regulatory trends.
