Valeria is a Banking and Finance Junior Associate in ’s Luxembourg office.

Prior to joining AKD, she gained valuable experience working for a European institution. She graduated from both the University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University of Turin.

Valeria focuses on secured lending transactions, various types of financing (including acquisition, real estate, leveraged and asset finance), debt capital markets and securitisation.
