Compass Group Luxembourg is strengthening its organisation with the appointment of Fabrice Gauthier-Privez as Director of Senior Living & Healthcare and Samir Hamdani as Director of Operations for Food & Support Services.

Fabrice Gauthier-Privez, who joined the group in May 2026, holds the position of Director of Senior Living & Healthcare (Camille). In this strategic role, his remit is to lead and develop all activities relating to healthcare services, working closely with the operational teams and cross-functional departments.

Based in Luxembourg for over 12 years, Fabrice has a strong track record in entrepreneurship and management, with significant experience in setting up and developing service businesses. In particular, he founded and ran a restaurant and catering group for over ten years, guiding it through to its handover, before moving on to work for international groups such as the Zannier Group and Nielsen. A results-oriented and team-focused professional, Fabrice is recognised for his ability to structure organisations, unite teams and drive change in complex environments.

Samir Hamdani joined the group in early June 2026 as Director of Operations for Food and Support Services (Eurest & Innoclean). His role is to enhance the operational excellence of Eurest and Innoclean’s services in the Luxembourg market, whilst strengthening the culture of performance and team spirit. A graduate of EDHEC Business School and the École Spéciale Militaire de Saint-Cyr Coëtquidan, Samir began his career in the French army, where he rose to the rank of major, before taking up senior management roles within the Transdev Group and subsequently at Sodexo.

An experienced leader, accustomed to demanding environments, Samir favours practical and pragmatic approaches to helping teams achieve their objectives.

These two appointments demonstrate the Group’s commitment to strengthening its managerial expertise and supporting its long-term growth ambitions in Luxembourg, by drawing on the complementary skills of its talent pool and the diversity of its business lines.
