The Administration des ponts et chaussées will be renewing the central reservation at the Croix de Gasperich this weekend, 8 March. As part of this work, the slip road from the A3 towards Metz to the A1 towards Trier will be closed from 8 p.m. on Friday 6 March until 4 a.m. on Monday 9 March. A diversion will be put in place and indicated via appropriate signage.

“Users coming from the A3 towards Metz wishing to take the A1 towards Trier will be diverted via the A3 towards Metz, the Livange interchange, the A3 towards Luxembourg, and finally via the Gasperich cross”, adds the Administration des ponts et chaussées. Preparatory work to close the motorway will be carried out a few hours before the start of the works. Traffic disruption is therefore expected from late Friday afternoon.
