Founded in 1996 as a cleaning specialist, Innoclean has grown into a global workplace environment partner in Luxembourg. Thirty years on, with over 350 clients and 1,000 employees, the company unveils a new visual identity reflecting this journey.

In 1996, Innoclean opened its doors with a clear mission: cleaning professional spaces across Luxembourg. Thirty years later, the realities of the field have profoundly reshaped that original ambition.

From a single trade to a service ecosystem

Contract after contract, Innoclean developed new capabilities: office relocation and refurbishment, furniture installation, flooring, green walls, fine art handling, reception and front-desk services. Complementary trades brought together around one conviction: Luxembourg businesses should not need multiple providers to manage their workplace environment.

Today, Innoclean services more than 5 million square metres per month, carries out over 3,000 relocations and refits per year, and supports more than 350 clients (companies, institutions, industrial sites, schools, hospitals…) with dedicated teams that work directly, without subcontracting.

What sets Innoclean apart is the real complementarity of our trades. From cleaning to full space fit-out, every service reinforces the others. It is an integrated model that few players are able to offer.

Complementarity as a competitive edge

Organisations no longer look for isolated services. They want partners able to think about and manage their environment as a whole. One point of contact, one standard, across the entire workplace perimeter.

Thirty years of local roots means a relationship of trust that cannot be improvised. Innoclean illustrates what Compass Group Luxembourg builds: expertise that deepens over time, in service of Luxembourg businesses.

Certified quality, with people at the core

Innoclean’s excellence rests on two pillars. A rigorous quality framework, certified ISO 9001 and ISO 14,001, backed by digital tools for real-time traceability. And its people: more than 1,000 professionals, continuously trained, working in sensitive environments with discretion and rigour.

A new face for a new chapter

For its 30th anniversary, Innoclean unveils a new visual identity developed with agency Vanksen. The new logo brings together three symbols: the initials IN, the floor plan – evoking rigour and control – and the idea of globality. The signature says it all: Your Workplace, Perfected.

This new identity does not change who we are: it finally makes it visible. Our image now matches what our teams deliver every day.

Rolled out progressively across vehicles, uniforms and digital channels, this identity embodies the operational consistency Innoclean has delivered for three decades.
