Ensuring the physical security of any location can prove costly. “Rising personnel costs, in particular, are prompting companies to look for alternatives to deploying guards,” comments Arsène Kubiak, Deputy General Manager at Brink’s Security Luxembourg. While security remains a key concern for many organisations, they are now striving to better control and reduce their expenses.
With the Brink’s Tower, we can now more easily implement hybrid approaches that help strengthen security while reducing costs.
With a view to meeting market expectations, and drawing on its strong security expertise, Brink’s has recently launched an innovative solution. “With the Brink’s Tower, we can now more easily implement hybrid approaches that help strengthen security while reducing costs,” the executive continues.
This solution is based on connected turrets equipped with cameras and a lighting system, incorporating an artificial intelligence system capable of detecting any suspicious movement or intrusion attempt. “These units, designed and manufactured in Luxembourg, operate autonomously, without any wired connection,” he explains. Standing 1.5 meters tall and weighing 80 kg, these turrets are primarily intended to detect and deter intruders, while also documenting intrusions through image capture. Permanently connected to our certified remote monitoring center, operational 24/7, they ensure continuous protection of your facilities.
This solution combines our experience, our expertise, and our capacity to innovate to enhance our clients’ security, reduce their costs, and better leverage the work of our agents.
At the slightest alert, our qualified operators notify law enforcement to guarantee rapid on-site intervention. This solution therefore avoids the systematic deployment of on-site teams while helping reduce response times in the event of an incident. Security personnel can thus be reassigned to higher value-added tasks.
Fully integrated into the security ecosystem deployed by Brink’s, this innovation can be rolled out across a wide range of environments to ensure optimal protection.
Parking
The Brink’s Tower solution was deployed in the parking area of a leasing company, a major player in vehicle leasing in Luxembourg, with the aim of combating spare parts theft from parked vehicles. Since the installation of the system at the center of the parking area, along with the implementation of intrusion detection systems along the perimeter fencing, the Brink’s client has not experienced a single incident.

Mobile construction site
Brink’s also supports the security of active construction sites. As part of the rollout of a new railway line, and to combat copper theft, seven Brink’s Towers were installed at strategic locations, particularly at truck access points. The solution has made it possible to reduce the number of patrol agents and cut security costs by half.

Site and infrastructure
The solution can also be used to strengthen the physical security of a building or construction site, helping to prevent theft, vandalism, or any other harmful intrusion. One of its key advantages is its flexibility: it can be deployed temporarily and, if necessary, easily relocated.

Client feedback
“We are very satisfied with the installation of the system by Brink’s. The team was professional and efficient. We observed a real positive impact following the installation, as we have not experienced any further theft.”
