studied corporate finance and management in Germany, then in London and Boston. During the pandemic, the 30-year-old returned to Luxembourg and joined the family business, Sales-Lentz. After a year, Sam founded Fleetlab, a minibus fleet management software, and recently launched LetzRide, a B2C platform offering on-demand mobility vehicles.

The CEO of Sales-Lentz embodies the fourth generation of leadership, digitalising not only the company's infrastructure, but also all its processes from A to Z. Sam focuses on four pillars: innovation, sustainability, business efficiency and employee growth, fostering a collaborative and resilient working environment. What are its ambitions for the future?
