The first thing that catches your eye in this restaurant is the beautiful interior design by the architect Tatiana Fabeck to enhance this listed 18th century barn. The atmosphere is hushed but not oppressive thanks to the spaciousness of the room and is further enhanced by the particularly tasteful tableware. Not forgetting the superb terrace for the fine weather... But the content of the plate is as refined as the decor!
Chef Quentin Debailleux favours local products and those from local craftsmen and farmers, which he highlights in a way that is both honest and refined... The products are worked with care and the presentation is meticulous, from starter to dessert. An approach that the restaurant continued to have during the pandemic, when one of the rooms was transformed into a delicatessen/catering counter.
Some very nice rooms sheltered in the extension of the building are waiting for those who would like to continue a nice evening on the farm and recently offer medium-term accommodation solutions with all the comforts!
