Odgers Berndtson Luxembourg has named Bernhard Dedenbach as partner, financial services, the executive search firm announced. Dedenbach, who joined the company at the start of the month, will focus on senior management and board positions in fund administration, payment services, wealth and asset management, neobanks and cryptocurrencies.

He has more than 25 years of experience. Before taking up the position at Odgers Berndtson, Dedenbach was founder and partner at Partners and Leaders, an independent association of professionals who provide tailored HR solutions, founder and partner at BD Associates, a provider of HR solutions, managing director Luxembourg, head of financial services Germany, Austria, Switzerland, a member of the global board services practice and member of the European management board at the management consulting firm Korn/Ferry International. He began his career as a business development manager, private banking at BGL BNP Paribas in Luxembourg, where he worked from 1991 to 1999.

The firm also announced that Anna Andres joined as an associate in February 2025, focussing on client relations and executive search. She previously worked at Rehwald Associates as managing consultant/head of Luxembourg, where she recruited profiles in asset and wealth management.

Dedenbach’s appointment follows the addition of , partner, board practice, who joined Odgers Berndtson in February 2024.
