Fans of sneakers and sportswear have something to cheer about: Nike is preparing to open its very first shop in Luxembourg. The American brand will open its shop on 5 November at the Cloche d'Or Shopping Centre, announced property developer Nhood on 13 February. Nhood is in charge of the project in collaboration with the Inowai agency.
With a surface area of 1,360m² spread over two floors, the Nike shop will be the largest in the shopping mall. It will offer a wide range of Nike and Jordan collections, as well as a complete selection of shoes, bras, leggings and sports equipment.
In addition to the physical experience, the store will offer a range of digital services, including click & collect and the ability to return digital orders in person.
Nike will thus be competing with stores that are already well established in the centre, such as Courir and Foot Locker, which also specialise in sneakers and sportswear and carry the American manufacturer’s products.
“We are proud to welcome Nike to our centre. This exclusive partnership with a world-renowned brand strengthens our position and makes the centre a real lifestyle destination for visitors to Luxembourg and the Greater Region,” said Raphaël Bouchet, director of the shopping centre.
Opening in 2019, the shopping centre continues to attract top brands. With 115 retailers on three floors and a total surface area of 75,000m², it welcomed 6.5m visitors in 2024. New openings and developments are already planned for 2025, concludes the press release.
