In light of the rise in cyberattacks targeting businesses and public authorities in Luxembourg, Mixvoip and the leading insurance agency Foyer Equidem have announced the launch of the Mixvoip Cyber Suite, a new package combining operational cyber support and professional cyber insurance.

This approach aims to support organisations before, during and after a cyber incident through a coordinated solution involving incident response teams and insurance cover.

The Cyber Suite is based on two complementary pillars:

• CyberAssistance, developed and operated by Mixvoip;

• Foyer Cyber Pro, professional cyber insurance distributed by Equidem.

With CyberAssistance, businesses benefit from a 24/7 cyber emergency hotline, a team capable of responding quickly on site, as well as support with system recovery, business continuity and crisis management.

“Many companies invest in preventive measures, but very few are truly prepared when an attack occurs. Just like in a fire, every minute counts,” explains Patrick Berg, head of cybersecurity chez Mixvoip.

At the same time, Foyer Cyber Pro covers the main financial consequences of a cyber incident: business interruption, investigation and remediation costs, third-party claims and reputation restoration.
