In this interview, Tatiana Escure discusses the challenges of human resources management within a non-profit organisation dedicated to social and professional reintegration in Luxembourg. She explains why her organisation decided to digitise several HR processes in order to simplify day-to-day operations for its teams and streamline administrative procedures.

Lucca’s solutions now cover the entire employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, leave management, expense claims, appraisals and training. They also address issues that have become central in Luxembourg, such as managing remote working and flexible working arrangements, as well as booking workspaces and parking spaces via the Lucca Office module.
