They are the Luxembourg of tomorrow. They have a head full of ideas and a crazy desire to make them a reality. What do they have in common? They are under 40 and represent Luxembourg’s #Nextgen. Each day, discover the portraits of these 100 women and men who make up the new face of the country. In this instalment: Louis Loschetter of Skandal Agency and Ultraschall Collective.

, 26, is already a pillar of the Luxembourg events scene. He is co-founder of the marketing outfit Skandal Agency and Ultraschall Collective, which transforms Luxembourg night outs into genuine cultural experiences. The Luxembourger juggles several hats: entrepreneur, event organiser and booker for DJ Nosi. “My day-to-day life is hard to describe,” he admits.

It all started in 2018, when he was organising events during his studies. “After covid, we refocused our activities on electronic music and made the business official,” he explains. Loschetter doesn’t “organise events for money, but to create unique experiences” and “make Luxembourg more attractive to young people”.

For him, the future is all about growth: “I’d like to see Ultraschall organise an annual festival and make Skandal the best marketing and social networking agency in Luxembourg.” His advice to young entrepreneurs? “Surround yourself with the right people and don’t be afraid to take risks.”
