Some 150 people attended the “Future of Work in Luxembourg” roundtable on 14 March 2024, held by HRCommunity.lu and hosted by Deloitte Luxembourg.

At the event, results were presented of a whitepaper on the “grievances and recommendations” of local companies, jointly authored by HRCommunity.lu and a banking sector working group and based on feedback from some 40 Luxembourg firms.

Notably, sports and work minister (CSV) was in attendance, and spoke, among other things, about new ways of working. He stressed the importance of technological infrastructure, teleworking, flexible working hours, sustainable public transportation and collaborative workspaces.
