Coaching is a bit like fine wine: it takes time, substance, and a top-quality vessel. At ICN, we define coaching as a demanding professional partnership aimed at unlocking personal and professional potential. But to become that expert partner, you need training that stands the test of time (and the click).
A “hybrid” approach to teaching: the best of both worlds
From autumn 2026, our course will be offered in a revised 140-hour format.
Face-to-face sessions (86 hours): the heart of the practice. This is where we learn to embody the postures, to feel the silences and to manage the energy of a group. The first three days must be face-to-face in order to foster that “sense of progression” so dear to our school.
Online learning (54 hours): a space for reflection and supervision. During video conferences, learners benefit from closing sessions, small-group work and ongoing support from trainers.
A journey comprising four strategic stops
The programme is structured around four skill sets, designed to build up gradually:
• the basics: framework, ethics and inclusion;
• individual coaching: leadership, motivation and a systematic approach;
• group coaching and training: change management and collective intelligence;
• deployment of the coach: because a good coach must also know how to take the initiative and showcase their expertise (100% online to get you ready to take flight!).
Why join us? Beyond our triple accreditation (AACSB, AMBA, EQUIS) and RNCP status (no. 41347), which guarantees the value of your qualification, joining the professional coaching programme at ICN means becoming part of a unique cross-border network. Online sessions enable us to forge links between our programmes in Nancy, Luxembourg and Paris, thereby increasing opportunities for future collaboration and partnerships.
Whether you are a manager looking to develop a “manager-coach” approach or a professional transitioning to self-employment, this new format has been designed to fit seamlessly into your working life.
