From the very first minutes, the tone was set: a dynamic exhibition space, designed to encourage interaction, invited participants to discover innovative approaches to wellbeing and performance. Executives, experts and human resources professionals gathered there with a shared ambition: to reconcile corporate culture, efficiency and long-term health.
The highlight of the evening was the panel discussion, which brought together a range of perspectives: Dr Gilles Michaux, Dr Abdu Gnaba, Delphine Berlemont and Chloé Philibert. Together, they explored the factors that drive sustainable performance in the workplace, addressing human, cultural and organisational challenges. Their rich and candid discussion opened up new perspectives on how to balance high standards with work-life balance.
Following a break for networking, the Minister for Health and Social Security, Martine Deprez introduced the second highlight of the evening. Presented by Isabelle Thill, Dr Mithu Storoni’s keynote speech was eagerly anticipated. Her talk, which focused on cognitive performance, captivated the audience by shedding light on how the brain responds to stress and the keys to optimising concentration and energy both in daily life and in the long term.
Throughout the evening, attendees also had the opportunity to chat with dedicated exhibitors who had come to present practical solutions ranging from sports coaching to holistic well-being approaches and applied neuroscience.
The evening drew to a close with a buffet reception, allowing discussions to continue in a relaxed atmosphere and helping to forge lasting bonds between the participants.
This inaugural event lays the foundations for a promising initiative, in which health, performance and longevity are no longer viewed in isolation, but as the cornerstones of a new business model.
