They are the Luxembourg of tomorrow. They have a head full of ideas and a crazy desire to make them a reality. What do they have in common? They are under 40 and represent Luxembourg's #Nextgen. Each day, discover the portraits of these 100 men and women who are the new face of the country. In this instalment: Emile Weber Jr, member of the executive committee of Emile Weber Sàrl.

Seventh-generation Emile Weber Jr. joined the family business in 2023 after a career in auditing. Currently a member of the management committee, the holder of an MBA from Brussels played a key role in the partnerships with Uber and Webtaxi. Emile contributes to the drafting of technical briefs for public tenders, guaranteeing jobs and high standards of quality and employee satisfaction.

Inspired by his grandfather - who started out with a simple horse-drawn carriage carrying people's mail, and grew to a business with several hundred employees - the 27-year-old values respect and listening in business management.

Emile wants to prepare the company for future challenges in terms of sustainability and social responsibility, bringing a fresh perspective on new generation trends and technologies. "Luxembourg needs to adapt to tomorrow's world in order to remain attractive," he says.
