Daniela brings over 17 years of experience advising multinational groups across a wide range of industries on complex international tax matters. Her expertise covers international reorganizations, cross-border financing and the structuring of sophisticated financial transactions, supporting clients through critical transformation and investment decisions.
Daniela previously served as a judge at the District Court of Trier, Germany, where she handled civil, criminal and family law cases and was part of the legal emergency service. This unique judicial experience further strengthens her ability to navigate complexity with rigor, independence and sound judgment.
Daniela holds a German law degree from the University of Trier and has successfully completed the German Bar exam.
