The Car Avenue group has unveiled its new European website. Designed with a ‘mobile-first’ approach, this new platform simplifies the purchasing and mobility journey through the use of artificial intelligence, connected services and a completely redesigned user experience.

The Car Avenue group is continuing its digital transformation with the launch of its new website, designed to support private individuals and businesses at every stage of their mobility journey.

More than just a showcase, this new platform serves as a genuine gateway to all the group’s services. Developed using a “mobile-first” approach, it caters to the changing habits of internet users, given that nearly two-thirds of visits are now made via a smartphone.

Right from the homepage, users have access to two search options: a contextual search enhanced by artificial intelligence, allowing them to enter queries in natural language, and a multi-criteria search designed to precisely refine their requirements. The user journey is also simplified thanks to tailored forms for requesting a test drive, arranging a callback, obtaining an initial online trade-in valuation or exploring financing options.

The new website also offers a 360° view of the vehicles, as well as access to a wealth of information designed to enhance transparency. Depending on the market, users can access traceability tools such as autorigine or the car-pass certificate in Belgium. For electric vehicles, data such as the SOH (State of Health) enables the battery’s condition to be assessed.

This platform is based on a single .com domain and brings together the vehicles available at Car Avenue dealerships in Luxembourg, France, Belgium and Germany. The user experience is automatically personalised according to the country from which the user is connecting, whilst still allowing them to access the group’s entire European stock.

The website also highlights all the motoring services offered by Car Avenue, including servicing, repairs, bodywork, windscreen replacement and online booking, which is gradually being rolled out across the entire network thanks to a partnership with diago.

This new website reflects the group’s ambition to offer a seamless, intuitive and consistent digital experience, complementing the personalised support provided by the teams at its dealerships.

With this new platform, Car Avenue is reaffirming its commitment to using digital technology as a means of making mobility ever simpler, more transparent and more accessible.
