The Elvinger Hoss Annual Regulatory Forum returns for its 4th edition on Wednesday 3 June 2026 at Mudam Luxembourg and online, bringing together professionals from across Luxembourg’s financial sector to discuss the future of Luxembourg financial centre.

Following the 2025 edition, which gathered more than 200 participants both in person and online and focused on bank profitability, this year’s forum aims to move the conversation forward by exploring how Luxembourg can continue to build on its established strengths while adapting to the opportunities arising from real-time finance, tokenization, and AI.

Hosted by Elvinger Hoss Prussen Partners Pit ReckingerPit Reckinger and Henri WagnerHenri Wagner, the programme will feature a keynote speech by Claude MarxClaude Marx, Director General of the CSSF, alongside a panel discussion featuring Sean Byrne, CEO of PayPal Europe, Raoul Mulheims, CEO of Finologee, Biba Homsy, Founding Partner at Homsy Legal, and Emanuele Vignoli, CEO of HSBC Luxembourg.

Our flagship annual event brings together key players from Luxembourg’s financial sector and aims to provide insights while encouraging thought-provoking discussions on how Luxembourg can continue moving to the next level.
