In its July issue (No. 269), Paperjam unveils its longlist, the Top 1000, ahead of December’s flagship event: the Paperjam Top 100, which is celebrating its 20th anniversary and will honour the country’s most influential decision-makers. On the cover of this issue, the winner of the last Top 100, Carole Muller, explains what having influence really means to her.

Are you on the list? This month, Paperjam is publishing its Top 1000, a longlist that will serve as the basis for the jury tasked with selecting the country’s 100 most influential decision-makers at the 11th Top 100, 15 December at the Rockhal. The biennial event, launched in 2006 and co-developed with the consultant Carlo SchneiderCarlo Schneider will therefore be celebrating its 20th birthday.

This longlist, which comprises just over 1,400 profiles, brings together executives, entrepreneurs, directors, experts, investors, lawyers, bankers, industrialists, creators, emerging talents and more low-profile figures from all the major sectors of the Luxembourg economy... What they all have in common is that, each in their own way, they contribute to Luxembourg’s development, influence or transformation.

One of them will therefore succeed, in December, Carole MullerCarole Muller, CEO of Fischer and president of the Luxembourg Confederation, who was honoured at the Paperjam Top 100 in 2024. In an interview on the magazine’s cover, she also discusses her role as a leader, the importance of making decisions, and what ‘having influence’ means to her.

As for discussions, the new managing partner of Deloitte Luxembourg since the beginning of June, Joachim HeukmesJoachim Heukmes, looks back on his career, his appointment to the role and his leadership. He also shares his vision regarding his commitment to combining sustainable growth, technological transformation and a strong presence in Luxembourg.
