MKC Munsbach Properties, a company managed by Maple Knoll Capital Ltd, announced in a press release on 5 June that it has refinanced and increased its loan facility with Postbank in connection with its E-Building in Munsbach, Luxembourg.

With Apex Group leasing the two remaining vacant floors, the E-Building is now completely rented out to 10 tenants, noted Maple Knoll’s press release. The building, constructed from 2002-2005, was also rewarded an in use ‘very good’ status by Breeam (with a ), the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method. A Breeam assessment ranges from acceptable to pass, good, very good, excellent and outstanding.

The E-Building is located at 6 Rue Gabriel Lippmann in Munsbach, a small town in southeastern Luxembourg with a population of 745 (as of 31 March 2023).
